炎天下に数分いて、会社の玄関にあるスマホ型のそれで測ると、対外37.5度以上で異常アラートがでます。
数秒後に再度測ると37度以下の平熱です。
誰でもそうだと思っていたら、20代、30代は炎天下に30分以上いてその直後に測っても平熱です。
ふと思うのは、そういえば最近汗をかかない気がしています。
体調なのか加齢なのか、熱が体にこもりやすくなっているのかもしれませんね。
